Warranty for Purchased Furniture

At our furniture store we love to take care of our customers’ comfort needs and their satisfaction with our product is our leading priority.

All our sofa beds come with a standard 180 days warranty against factory defects. The warranty does not cover the damage of the sofa if the customers or any other third party uses the product for non-designated purposes.  Also all wear and tear damages are excluded from the warranty options, and customers must take responsibility for any repair expense on their own. From the moment of delivery of the furniture product customers have 24 hours to discover any major defect or damage on the couch. If any, we will be happy to fix or replace the sofa bed with no extra charge.

Furniture Transportation and Return Policy

All those customers who choose the pickup option are responsible for merchandise transportation to and from the service location. Having a warranty does not infer a return policy.

Order Confirmation

Once you place an order for your desired sofa bed through our online system we you will automatically receive an email with your order confirmation details within 24 hours. Please make sure to check your spam box, especially if you use Hotmail or less known email server. Our team strongly recommends to review the conformation of the order and in case of any spelling or numerical mistake inform us. This will help us quickly make necessary changes to your order of your couch.

Tears & Damages

Upon delivery of the furniture inspect all the items carefully. At the time of delivery and setup all damaged items will be replaced at no extra cost to the customer. If you spot any damage made to your newly acquired sofa bed at the moment of delivery please notify us as soon as possible and we will arrange an exchange for the damaged furniture. Please remember your satisfaction with our products is our leading priority. Be aware if you notice any damage to your sofa bed after receiving and accepting it for 24 hours, it is your complete responsibility to transport the piece of furniture to us for exchange. In case of any issue with the pick-up orders please return also the item with original packaging for exchange.

Picture & Really

Color and texture can occur in natural products like fabric, leather and wood. These are not normally considered imperfections. For fabric and leather products all colors are bound to have variations in every production line. Color representations on computer and screens can be different based on settings and various display technologies. To optimize website performance, product pictures have been scaled down in detail to help make web pages load faster. As a direct result, in some small cases fine detail in the pictures of furniture may have been sacrificed for the websites performance. It is the customer’s responsibility to request additional high resolution pictures so that they may see exactly what they are getting before purchasing. Customer also agrees that they may not dispute the finish, or color or texture or any other physical attribute after taking delivery of a product.

Corrections
At our sofa store’s website product availability and pricing are subject to change without prior notice. This means that there are rare cases when the information on www.furniturestoresofa.com may contain typographical errors or omissions that relate to product description. In that case we reserve the right to correct the error, inaccuracy or omission without prior notice to the pending orders.

Claims
If the customer has a claim other than what was noted on the delivery receipt, it is upon the discretion of GRAND M FURNITURE to resolve the matter. Claims must be properly filed within 48 hours, in order to be considered. Customers must file a claim at the claim form with all required information including a few images of the damage furniture. All properly submitted claims will be reviewed and receive resolution within 3-5 business days. It is the responsibility of the customer to file a claim and to call us to make sure we have received the claim and all required information. As a friendly reminder: if furniture items are damaged or suspected to be damaged, it must be documented at receiving time. GRAND M FURNITURE is not responsible to resolve any claims if the customer accepts and signs the delivery form agreeing that there are no missing or damage furniture parts.

Nationwide Shipping

Nationwide shipping is available with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii. All orders are shipped via ground carriers and it can take from 1 to 5 weeks starting the shipping date. One day or two before arrival of the product our carriers will contact you to set up a suitable delivery time for your sofa bed. Please note that all nationwide deliveries are curbside drop service and all further associated shipping charges when returning or exchanging the product will be paid by the customer.
